Cheese made with buffalo milk and bloomy rind
More unique than rare. Like a sudden flash, you are captured by the characteristic white whiteness. The edible rind is finely velvety with a delicate scent. The paste is uniformly soft, pearly white in color, sometimes with few holes. The flavor is always delicate, keeping fresh notes despite the fatness of the paste.
