Preparation
Boil the potatoes in water for approx. 10 minutes, until cooked. Vutthe apricots in four, cut the shallots into wedges, roll up the slices of bacon and skewer all the ingredients on the skewers alternating them. Grill the skewers on both sides for approx. 5 minutes. Melt the Fondibufala in the special pans and sprinkle with thyme. Serve the cheese with the potatoes and the skewers.
