Ingredients
FOR THE DOUGH:
200g verde di bufala
1 onion
50 g grated grana
Salt and pepper
FOR THE GARNISH:
Chopped pistachio
Poppy seeds
Chopped hazelnuts
Dried red fruits

Preparation
Sauté the finely chopped onion in a pan.
Blend verde di bufala with onion and grated grana. Season with salt and pepper.
Shape into balls and dip them into the different types of grain.
Put the ‘tartufini’ in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
When the ‘tartufini’ are cold you can place them in single-portion cups.
